Mannn I love this place. Heff’s always has such a fun menu, the owners / workers are always kind and helpful. I can tell they put a lot of effort and care into the food and environment. Their decor is super unique and weird. I even saw them feed an unhoused person who was hungry, it seemed like they knew him. This place is clearly part of the community and is way above your average burger shop or chain restaurant. I also love getting the veggie burgers from them since I don’t eat red meat, and it still is so delicious and flavorful.

It was a 20min wait in 2 burger combos,ob top of that only diet and caffeine free today was available for drink. So water is all I could get. The burger patty itself was juicy and great but the overall burger itself had so much going on you couldn't taste the patty. I did come in during lunch rush and that could have contributed to my experience. The smash burger i got wasnt any better than a smash burger from ,let's say,cin cin burgers

When you walk in you are hit with a wave of nostalgia to the Nintendo 64 playing Mario 64 to the decor and atmosphere. It feels a bit grungy but in a good way. My wife and I had lunch there with my wife getting the Chili Dawg and I got the Sporty Spice and we got the Kimchi Cheese Fries to share. All in all the good was delicious. My wife said she wished she had another hotdog it was so good. The burger was a great combination of flavors, salty, spicy and sweet. We were a little disappointed with the kimchi fries they tasted good but it felt like a little too much going on. Plus side is they give you a healthy portion of the fries. We will be back, excited to try more of the food.

We came here on a Sunday around 1pm. There was a good size crowd, but we were able to find a table. You order at the counter and they call you when the order is ready. When we went to the counter, the lady let us know the wait was about 20-25 minutes. It made sense doing the amount of people here and it looked like they only had one chef working. We ended up waiting 25 minutes. The drink options were all soda cans and we got root beer. I ordered the Fatty Patty with a single patty and it was flavorful and filling. My husband ordered the Wicked Piggy with two patties and he enjoyed it. We also ordered the Kimchi Cheese Fries. I personally have never had Kimchi before and I don’t think I would get that again. The fries were well covered with the cheese sauce which was nice. I just wish they had a simple bacon and cheese fries option for their loaded fries.

Heff’s Burger Club has good food but it’s definitely on the overpriced side. The smash burger was fresh and flavorful, but the patty was paper thin. It really needed another patty or a little more substance to feel worth the price. I would double it next time. The loaded fries were good and came out hot and fresh. Service is okay. You order at the counter, pay, and they call your name when it’s ready. Just be aware it’s self-service, no table service and you’re expected to clean up after yourself. Not a bad spot for a quick bite, but the value could be better for what you get.
